• Join our team as a Virtual Site Manager and take on a critical role in leading the operations and staff of our clinics

• We are seeking a highly-skilled, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy professional with extensive management experience to excel in this position
• As a Virtual Site Manager, you will be responsible for your assigned site/s, overseeing all aspects of site management, including staffing, performance monitoring, execution of company procedures, and operational efficiency
• Your leadership abilities and problem-solving mindset will be crucial in delivering exceptional results and driving your sites and staff toward success
• With your keen attention to detail and ability to navigate challenges, you will ensure seamless healthcare delivery even in a remote position

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the operations of assigned clinic site/s in a virtual environment, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Work with the HR Department to manage staff with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed to ensure optimal productivity and high-quality work.
• Track and keep an organized record of data relevant to your sites and employees.
• Manage and monitor staffing requirements and ensure that assigned site/s are adequately staffed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, aligning site operations with overall company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges that arise, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and data privacy standards, including HIPAA, to maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Collaborate with technical support teams and inventory to ensure the availability and functionality of work systems, tools, and technologies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, creativity, and the implementation of best practices to optimize remote site management processes.

Tech Requirements:

• Reliable wired internet connection with a speed of at least 25 Mbps.
• Computer/laptop with a minimum of Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent. Having a dual screen for increased productivity is a plus.
• Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version) with regular updates.
• RAM: Minimum 4 GB, preferably 8 GB or more for smoother multitasking.
• Hard drive: At least 128 GB of free storage space for software and data.
• Functioning webcam and microphone for clear communication.
• Updated antivirus software to ensure data security and protection against cyber threats. Having a VPN is preferred but not required.
• Reliable backup systems for electricity and internet outages are in place.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree in management required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating a successful track record in leading teams and achieving operational goals.
• Tech-savvy mindset and proficiency in utilizing remote work tools, software, and technologies to enable effective communication and collaboration in a remote site management setting.
• Strong work ethic, commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and leadership.
• Ability to adapt to change and navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
