Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) / HR Recruiter at Apex HR Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and identifying top talent for our clients. This multifaceted position requires a combination of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and recruitment expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Develop tailored solutions and proposals to address client requirements, showcasing our services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with client organizations.
- Coordinate candidate assessments, background checks, and reference checks as needed.
- Facilitate the offer process and support candidates throughout the hiring process, including negotiation and onboarding.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and best practices in recruitment and business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, preferably within the HR consulting or staffing industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and recruitment goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
