Role Description

Boffin Digitech is hiring a full-time Tele caller for an on-site role located in Faridabad. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote a product or service. They will also be responsible for following up with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, resolving any issues or complaints. The Tele caller will work closely with the sales and marketing team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus, but not required.
