Role Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished Associate Vice President (AVP) to lead our Sales division in the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions department. This pivotal, full-time, on-site role in New Delhi requires an individual proficient in developing sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, and leading a robust sales team. The AVP will work in tandem with the Solution Architecture and Pre-Sales teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies for IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to understand client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, expanding our clientele in the IT infrastructure and cloud sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify client requirements and trends to propose relevant IT solutions.
- Act as the main contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, promoting a culture of excellence and growth.
- Align team objectives with the strategic goals of the company.
- Implement training programs to enhance the team's sales capabilities and knowledge of IT products.
Collaboration with Pre-Sales and Solution Architecture:
- Ensure a cohesive approach with the Solution Architecture and Pre-Sales teams in client engagements.
- Provide field feedback to inform the development of new solutions and services.
- Engage in joint client meetings and presentations as necessary.
Market Analysis and Business Development:
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and leads.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership and team management.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Proven skills in project management and establishing strong client relationships.
