Job description
Overall responsible for the operational and functional issues in the department
· In depth involvement on sales and marketing functions eg Sales – customer issues, Marketing – vendor/manufacturer issues. · Responsible for ensuring and driving the team to achieve and exceed the yearly budget set. · Overall control and monitoring on operational process, improvement on current process, increase productivity and staff efficiency. · Enhancing teamwork within the department as well as inter-company · To identify and secure new product lines (local and regional)· Staff grooming in terms of advancement in the company · Operating within the budget , in depth understanding on the P&L for the department, to run the operation in the most cost effective manner · Any other related projects/duties which not indicated above will be assigned by the Superior from time to time.Job tags
