Key Responsibilities
As a Network Security Engineer Firewall, you will be working with multiple different Firewall / Security Platforms across geographically dispersed enterprise datacentres.
Technical Capabilities / Skills MUST:
Basic concept of the Palo Alto / Juniper firewall
Understanding traffic flow of the firewalls
Strong troubleshooting skills
Configuring the rule base
Cleaning the rule base
Site-to-Site configuration & troubleshooting skills
Hands on experience on the L7 like APP-ID, User-ID, Content-ID, URL Filtering
Understanding on High Availability of the firewalls
Understanding of the TCP FLAGS
Packet capture
Required competencies:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Good technical knowledge of Network technologies and products:
Good technical knowledge of Data center design and Setup
Experience in Firewall technology specifically PaloAlto
Soft Skills:
Strong Communication skills
Self driven and highly motivated to engage and drive growth
Strong inter-personal skills and demonstrated ability to cooperate and to take decisions.

Ability to setup priorities and drive them
(1.) To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes. (6.) To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (7.) To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
