Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, India Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM Reporting: CBO (Chief Brand Officer) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator to be responsible for capturing content and managing our online presence. You will play a pivotal role in content creation, website maintenance, and social media management, alongside some administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Curate, create, and schedule daily posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn Monitor social media metrics to understand engagement and tailor future content accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and business objectives. Website Maintenance: Update and maintain the company website. Coordinate with the development team to ensure smooth user experience. Content Creation: Develop visually appealing and engaging content for social media, website, and print media. Engage with the CBO and Managing Director to create promotional content. Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and messaging. Administrative Responsibilities: Assist in managing schedules and correspondence. Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed. Skill Requirements: 1-3 years in social media management or related field. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and website management tools. Creativity and an eye for design. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic administrative skills. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Suite would be a plus.
