Position: Artificial Intelligence Sr. Developer

Responsibilities:
1.Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques such as General Adversarial Networks(GANs), variational autoencoder (VAEs), and reinforcement learning.
2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, research requirements, and develop innovative solutions.
3.Optimize model performance through experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, and advanced optimization techniques.
4.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and related fields, and incorporate new techniques and methods into the teams workflow.
5.Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of generative AI models, processes, and results.
6.Communicate complex concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7.Provide support and guidance to other team members, and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.
Requirements:
1.Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
2.Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, NLP and deep learning, with a focus on generative models.
3.Technical knowledge and hands on exp with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI and AWS LLM foundational models,BERT, Transformers, PaLM, Bard etc.
4.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience(3 - 6 years) with various PY packages(like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras etc).
5.Demonstrated experience with generative AI techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and reinforcement learning.
6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
7.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
