Overview:
As a Recruiter at our company you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process. Your work will directly impact our ability to build highperforming teams and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through online channels social media and professional networks
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills and experience
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and brief them on candidate details
- Facilitate the hiring process including extending offers and negotiating employment terms
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs
- Maintain candidate databases and keep them updated
- Advertise job openings on careers pages and job boards
- Stay uptodate with current recruiting methods and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods
- Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management systems
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
