Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Design Lead with hands-on experience in Hardware design, to lead the HW design team for end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team of HW design engineers and own End-to-end architecture design & development of Cash dispensers and Self-Service Terminals.
- Work closely with product/program management/Customers and translate business requirements into Hardware specification.
- Identification and qualification of Hardware Peripherals & accessories based on the customer requirement.
- Ability to prioritize and develop new approaches to complex design problems
- Bring-in innovation in design approach to achieve tight cost and quality targets
- Design Review of schematic, PCB layout, Test plans, technical notes and BOM) at each quality check gate during hardware development and ensure the product is being built with intended cost and quality.
- Work closely with CFT / Vendors / OEM and ensure DFM & product quality.
- Guide CFT to qualify alternate components / modules.
- Review the field issue analysis and Guide team to resolve them.
- Provide the technical support for international Compliance & Certification of products.
- BOM/Project costing / estimation based on the requirements.
- Project management.

Mandatory Skills:
- Sound understanding of Digital/Analogue Hardware circuit and PCB design.
- Deep knowledge of embedded electronics products, strong capability in component level design and interface verification.
- Good troubleshooting skills with analysis and debugging ability on Board bring up.
- Deep knowledge in Standard Peripheral interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, HDMI, USB, etc.)
- Knowledge in Oscilloscopes, Logic Analysers & DM.
- PCB design tools like OrCAD, EasyEDA and etc.
- Good communication skills.
