Job Title: Senior Manager Strategy
Business Unit: SCM, IT, Digital Transformation
Location: Bangalore
Experience Range: 4 to 7 years
Mode: Hybrid
Days: Monday to Friday (`11:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
Purpose of the Job
As Senior Manager in the office of the board member for SCM, IT, Procurement and digital transformation within the organization business unit, you will be responsible for a challenging range of duties requiring you to work with all levels of the organization incl. board members across a broad range of topics in Supply Chain, IT, Procurement and Digitalization.
Specifically, you will be driving and coordinating strategic initiatives in the business unit in close alignment with corporate initiatives and will be working closely with the board member on strategic and operational topics.
Requirements:
▪ A degree with excellent grades from a leading university preferably in engineering, business, or (business) informatics, paired with a passion for SCM, IT, Procurement and digitalization
▪ At least 4-7 years of professional experience and proven track record in Supply Chain or IT and Digitalization with strong exposure to strategic topics – preferably in a leading management or IT consultancy
▪ Several years' experience in running complex cross-functional processes or projects with a high number of stakeholders with proven success in lateral leadership.
▪ Strong moderation, presentation, and communication skills (both orally and written)
▪ Well-structured and self-organized way of working paired with strong process-discipline
▪ Strong analytical competence, strategic thinking, business acumen and hands-on, target-oriented mindset
▪ Self-motivated and able to work independently while also enjoying cross-functional teams
▪ Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environment
▪ Excellent Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills paired with strong analytical mindset
▪ Excellent follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
▪ International experience and fluency in English and German (preferred)
