In addition, he/she leads process improvement initiatives and reviews maintenance, operations and safety audit findings to make informed decisions for improvements.An engineering workshop manager is in charge of workshop operations and resources for a business. Typical job duties include ensuring product quality, assigning tasks to workers, coordinating resources, ordering supplies, managing invoices, and advising on key projects.
