Role Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Specialist in Mumbai. The HR will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communicating with candidates and recruiting. The HR Specialist will also be responsible on-boarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to person for all employee-related issues.
• Handle employee concerns, complaints, and disciplinary issues following company policies and legal guidelines.
• Develop and implement Policies and strategies for employee retention, diversity, and inclusion.
• Recruit, evaluate, and hire talented individuals to meet the organization's requirements.
• Use technology to efficiently manage HR data, streamline processes, and improve decision-making.
• Foster a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusivity.
• Oversee salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits to guarantee fair and competitive compensation. Â

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience of 2-3 years requiredÂ
• Excellent grasp of verbal and written English.
• Minimum Qualification of Graduation.
• Excellent organization and project management skills; must be self-motivated.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
