Job Title: Senior Accountant
Job Description:
Our company is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific expertise in GST, TDS, and proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally. The candidate should possess a BCom degree and a proven track record of successful financial management.
Responsibilities:
- GST and TDS Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns and TDS compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in GST and TDS regulations to ensure the company's adherence to the latest standards.
.Financial Accounting:
- Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper accounting records are maintained.
- Prepare financial statements and reports to provide insights for decision-making.
Tally Software:
- Utilize Tally software for efficient financial data management and reporting.
- Train and assist team members in Tally usage as needed.
General Accounting:
- Handle general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant with a minimum of [X] years of relevant experience.
