About the Role:

As a Product Designer at LearnApp, you will be responsible for crafting delightful user experiences for LearnApp products and related assets.

Responsibilities:

1. User-Centric Design: Create and iterate on user interfaces based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics data.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows effectively.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure a seamless and user-centric product design process.
4. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in product design.
5. User Research: Conduct user research activities, such as user interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
6. Visual Design: Create visually appealing and consistent designs that align with the brand identity while maintaining a focus on user experience.
7. Product Strategy: Contribute to product strategy discussions by providing design insights and recommendations based on industry trends and user needs.
8. Prototyping Tools: Proficient in using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software to create high-fidelity prototypes and design assets.
9. Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members into design iterations.
10. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree
2. 2-3 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and highlighting the design process.
4. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools mentioned above.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Understanding of design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
7. Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and elegant user interfaces.
8. Knowledge of current design trends and technologies.
