- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent command in English and Arabic languages.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment of 6 days a week, with 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create, execute, and measure innovative marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and meet business goals.
2. Content Creation and Copywriting: Generate compelling and targeted content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, email, and other marketing collateral. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
3. Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and other online campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities. Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and contribute to overall business strategy.
5. Brand Management: Work closely with the creative team to maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Regularly track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use analytics tools to derive insights and make informed recommendations for optimization.
