DevDynamics () is an engineering analytics platform that helps software teams make data driven decisions to improve developer productivity, shipping velocity, engineering allocation and team well-being. We are a B2B SAAS product that provides dev teams with metrics, insights and alerts to build world-class engineering orgs. 

 

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us shape the future of engineering analytics.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Responsible for lead generation and achieving set meeting/demo targets.

· Source new sales leads through extensive research (LinkedIn/Google/Tools)

· Identify and engage with key prospects, showcasing the benefits of our SaaS offerings.

· Interacting with CXO's through multi-channel cold outreach.

· Conduct product demonstrations as and when needed and follow through.

· Actively manage the sales pipeline, data and opportunities.

· Market research to identify competitor offerings and new reach out channels.

 

Requirements:

 

· Prior experience in SaaS/IT Sales.

· 1-3 yrs experience in an early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage.

· Fluent communication and strong analytical skills.

· Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven.

 

Location

 

This is a full-time position. You will be working from our office in Pune.
