Job description
Position Description: Manage the training operations of the organization. Interact with clients on a regular basis to ensure quality deliverables of training. Proactively design, develop training modules Proactively tackle problems that arise in the team and resolve them to ensure there is no negative impact on productivity and delivery of training assignments. Manage and motivate a team of trainers and be responsible for their performance. Interface with the various Ops and support functions for their inputs to ensure high-quality training. Initiate new training programs and coordinate with Operations for successful implementation. Plan resources, allot training tasks appropriately, and manage leave requisition of the team. Provide information concerning individual and team performance. Involve in interviewing CMs/CSEs for language assessments. Conduct various training programs.
Essential Qualifications:
- MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management from an institution of repute.
- Certification in training preferred
Technical Qualifications / Experience: Exposure to MS Office Suite necessary
Experience: 6 to 10 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years in a training supervisory role
Responsibilities
- Assess capabilities of consultants
- Schedule training programs
- Interview CMs, CSEs and CAs for Ops
- Interview CSEs for IT
- Work with Operations to develop the overall team training strategy and quality plan
- Interact with clients to ensure training requirements are met.
- Introduce new quality initiatives to RRD
- Develop testing and certification program for new and existing staff to validate knowledge and skill set
- Research and recommend third party training materials and programs to ensure RRD remains current with industry standards and trends
- Coordinate with key personnel in Operations to assess training needs
- Develop training materials and delivery methods for new hire as well as new initiatives / opportunity training for existing staff. This includes, but is not limited to instructional design, training manuals, handouts, and visual aids
- Ensure all new hire training is updated and meets RRD requirements
- Coordinate with Recruitment to ensure pre-hire testing and skill set validation provides staff with required experience and meets RRD requirements
- Monitor production methods and practices for trends toward improved quality practices
- Monitor quality metrics and provide feedback to management and training teams

- Deliver to the service lines a minimum of 2 cross training initiatives in a month
- Attend minimum of 2 Train the Trainer program in a quarter
- Conduct minimum of 2 Train the Trainer program in a quarter
- Take ownership for two training department initiatives
- Take ownership for trainer development
