Job Description :
- 7+ year's experience on Salesforce
- Experience in Salesforce application testing, which is developed or customized in Sales Cloud with Integration testing and CPQ testing.
- Exposure in validating functional flows in Lead/ Opportunity/Quote/Case Management with Reports and Dashboards, integration and validations
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience
- Should have knowledge of API (SOAP and REST), API testing tools like Postman etc.
- Exposure in using multiple QA Tools such as JIRA/QTest for tracking requirements, test scenarios and defects.
- Should have basic knowledge of Salesforce Admin and Lightening/Classic Environment.
- Working knowledge of Standard and Custom Objects and Tabs.
- Experience working on Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, SOQL, Workbench)
- Good hands-on testing experience with the Salesforce UI and navigation Test Salesforce.com or Force.com apps
- Hands-on experience in smoke testing, functional testing, regression testing and integration testing
- Should have worked in Agile projects and have knowledge of Agile Methodologies (SCRUM) Experience in JIRA/ Confluence and similar test management tools.
- Develop Automated test scripts and perform Automation testing using Selenium or customized Automation tools - TOSCA /Provar/RPA.
- Work on building test automation framework
- Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
