Job description

Job Description :
1. Welcome visitors and guest and direct appropriately.
2. Receive direct and relay telephone massages.
3. Respond requests and queries appropriately.
4. Booking of meeting/ Conference rooms.
5. Responsible for records keeping of Reception documentation/registers.
6. Tracking of admin bills.
7. Responsible for all office keys.
8. Assist in event management.
9. Maintaining courier details.
10. Issuing stationery and access cards and keeping records of the same.
11. Managing arranging Video conferences.
12. Provide administrative support.
13. Arranging welcome kits and lunch for new joiners.
14. Arranging office pool cab and maintaining records.
15. Processing visiting card and ID card requests for printing.
16. Co-ordination with all administrative vendors to produce their Invoices by 5th of every month and ensuring Invoice carrying all required details as per finance are mentioned before accepting.
17. Ordering consumables like Housekeeping, pantry, stationery materiel and medicines.
18. Any other admin related task that may be communicated.
