Job description

Job Description:
• Identifying potential clients and prospects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and understanding their business needs.
• Will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients.
• Manage & maintain a pipeline, tracking all client interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Continuous enhance your knowledge of our service to communicate their benefits to clients effectively.
• Travel within the location will be required to meet with clients and prospects.

Job Location: Chennai or Remote based on their current location

Requirement:
• Proven track record of successful new client acquisition.
• Strong Communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• A proactive and customer focused individual.
• Candidates form the Recruitment & staffing industry in necessary.
• Self-motivated and result-driven with a passion for Business Development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
