Senior Telecom Design Engineer - DFCC - India (f/m/d)

Job description

Key aspects of this role include but are not limited to:  

• Review of Design Basis Manual by the Contractor
• Review and proof checking of design submission by the Contractor for conformance with the 304 Railway systems Contract 
• Review of quality plan, method statements, Inpsection and Test Plans submitted by the Contractor
• Ensure all technical standards are met in the Contractor's submission
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the design and drawings
• Work with the Chief Telecom Engineer and the site team to guide and clarify any design related issues
• Assist the Quality Control Team to prepare checklists and material records/ tests for Signalling related works.
• Submit reports to the Dy. Team Leader/ Signalling & Telecom as per Project requirement.

Your profile:

• At least a Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering 
• A minimum 12 years’ experience with more than 7 years of experience in railway or infrastructure sector. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position  
• International working experience in multicultural teams advantageous 
• Please note this is a local position.
