Career Opportunities in Managed Services Team
• Collaborates with various teams to implement new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and leverage technology.
• Addresses challenges of achieving control standards, efficient back office opportunities, and transforming finance function.
• Delivers core finance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury.
• Acts as an extension of clients' business office.
Basic Job Requirements and Preferences
• Minimum Degree: Bachelor's Degree Finance or Accounting.
• Experience Level: 20+ years in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree Preferred: Master's Degree.
• Certification(s) Required: CPA.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
• Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge and proven record of success.
• Provides client senior management with necessary analysis and information.
• Establishes effective utilization of financial resources, tools, and technologies.
• Liaises effectively with client Controller, Treasury, and Tax Matters teams.
• Manages due diligence and operational readiness process.
• Understands new and emerging business areas important to finance.
• Assesses the financial health of the business and develops strategies to manage improvement use cases.
• Coaches and leads high performing teams.
• Demonstrates analytical and management skills and staff development capabilities.
• Multi-tasks effectively across initiatives or engagements.
• Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively.
