Key Responsibilities: 1: Investigate L1, L2 Incidents and Complete Work Order Requests related to BMC CMDB Application and related Customizations 2: Knowledge of BMC CMDB Reconciliation jobs and Atrium Engine jobs 3: Knowledge of BMC Platform system, AR Server, DSO 4: Good Investigative and problem solving skills with knowledge of basic debugging of issues using Logs 5: Knowledge of CMDB upgrade and integration with other applications Technical Experience : 1: Knowledge of CMDB On boarding activities New applications CIs 2: Progress reporting in line with Project Management timelines 3: Resource should have decent knowledge in Linux and Oracle SQL. 4: One should be comfortable and understands 3 tier architecture web, front end and database like from Tomcat to DB Professional Attributes: 1: Good team player 2: Strong communication skills verbal/written

• Ensuring that systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner.
• Providing high level of service to our customers and adhering to SLAs for response and restoration times
• Working independently and collaborating with other teams to drive resolution to incidents
• Manage Incidents, work order requests assigned to certain queues
• Create productive relationship with stakeholders
• Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to highest quality
• Able to analyze business impact and escalate issues in timely manner
• To offer recommendations based on various metrics on how to improve the support process in its entirety
• Strong communication skills across Business and technical audience.
