Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Bopal
Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities.
Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Customer Communication:
Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and provide support.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Order Processing:
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer orders.
Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for the sales team.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address any inventory issues.
Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and coordination of sales events and promotions.
Provide support during events to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
