- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Post job openings on various online platforms
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other channels
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
