About the job:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Head. The role requires an individual who possesses strong analytical skills and can ensure effective operations management. The Head of Service Operations plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of our health and wellness company. Work closely with the CEO to draw up the business strategy for rapid proliferation, augment and strengthen the organization. The person will lead and direct the following functions units like Fitness, Nutrition and other business units for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all operational aspects, with a focus on optimizing processes, driving productivity and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Develop, implement, and continually refine the company's operational strategy.
Align operational objectives with the overall business goals and mission.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Provide coaching and mentorship to staff to drive professional development.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations.
Ensure that operations comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
Implement quality assurance measures to meet and exceed industry standards.
Respond to and resolve quality-related issues as they arise.
Manage the operational budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Report regularly to senior management on financial performance and variances.
Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms and take actions to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
Evaluate, select, and implement operational systems, automation and software to improve efficiency.
Oversee the integration and maintenance of technology solutions.
Ensure data security and privacy compliance.
Generate and analyze operational reports for management and board review.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize operations and reduce costs.
