Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, possess a strong creative vision, and, as a non-negotiable requirement, have expertise in utilizing various design tools, with absolute proficiency in Adobe After Effects. As a Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and creating engaging multimedia content.
Responsibilities: 1. Motion Graphics and Animation: • Utilize Adobe After Effects to create visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and compelling visual content. 2. Graphic Design: • Proficiently use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to design captivating visuals for both digital and print media. • Develop graphics for marketing materials, social media, presentations, and other communication channels. 3. Interactive Design: • Leverage expertise in Figma and Google Web Designer (GWD) to design interactive and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. • Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure seamless integration of interactive elements. 4. Storyboarding: • Conceptualize and create storyboards to outline the flow and structure of multimedia projects. 5. Brand Consistency: • Ensure consistency in visual elements across all brand communications and campaigns. 6. Adaptability: • Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. • Quickly adapt to changes in project requirements and provide creative solutions. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role. • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and GWD. • Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts. • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual appeal.
