Job description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at InnoWave . As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful delivery of software initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, define project scopes, create detailed plans, and allocate resources effectively. Your responsibilities will include risk management, progress tracking, and ensuring that projects align with business objectives. With your keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills, you will facilitate communication, address challenges, and motivate the team to meet project milestones.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and objectives
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization effectively
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
- Ensure that projects align with business objectives and deliver value to clients
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Motivate the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience 6-8 years as a Project Manager, preferably in the software development or IT industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus
