Hiring HR Head for an architectural firm!
Location - Mumbai (Andheri East)
CTC - Upto 24LPA
As the HR Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organization. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop a high-performing and engaged workforce. The HR Head will collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and ensure a positive and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.
- Implement strategies for employee retention, career development, and succession planning.
Meticulous Payroll Management:
- Oversee all aspects of payroll administration, including payroll processing, tax compliance, and benefits administration.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing, adhering to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously assess and optimize payroll systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies with professionalism and attention to detail.
Strategic Employee Engagement Initiatives:
- Spearhead employee engagement initiatives designed to enhance workplace satisfaction, morale, and productivity.
- Develop and implement comprehensive engagement programs, including recognition schemes, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
- Foster open communication channels and actively solicit feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively address employee concerns and promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration.
Compliance and HR Policy Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, mitigating legal risks.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to promote consistency, fairness, and transparency across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
- Stay abreast of emerging HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes to inform strategic decision-making.
Leadership in Performance Management:
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development initiatives.
- Partner with managers to address performance issues, provide coaching and support, and facilitate performance improvement plans.
- Recognize and reward high-performing employees, fostering a culture of meritocracy and continuous growth.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Coordinate with training providers or develop in-house training sessions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in human resource management, with a focus on recruitment, payroll administration, and employee engagement.
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic HR management in complex organizational environments.
