Job description
Responsibilities
- Preparing export documents for shipments.
- Preparing and handling commercial invoice, Packing List, Awb, insurance and other export documents.
- Ensure timely processing of export shipments.
- Payment follow-up.
- Communicate with international/national customers, including freight forwarders, CHA, vendors.
- Providing required documents & instructions to freight forwarders and CHA.
- Maintaining export documents files.
- Prepare timely reports to improve efficiency
- Maintain and share monthly reports to improve business efficiency
Qualifications A bachelors degree with excellent verbal and written communication skills would be ideal for the position.
