About This Opportunity
This job role is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement performance levels!

What You Will Do - Start working on 1st Level Alarm Monitoring.
- Resolving 1st Level Fault Management/ Solving.
- Monitor network and servers.
- Work well and predefined system support guidelines and ground on Incident management.
- Ensure proper execution for Legal request.
- Assurance support on billing operations.
- Participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
- Ensure correct working methodology, Best Practices and Continuous improvements in Ways of Working for efficiency improvements and betterment in deliveries.

Key Qualification: - Education: Minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom).
- Experience: 4-6Years.
