Job description

Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR activities within the company, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with all applicable employment laws.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and objectives.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture and understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and performance reviews.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance, conduct, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws, and immigration laws.
• Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases, including employee information, benefits, and time off.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Employee Turnover Rate: Ensure that the employee turnover rate is below a certain percentage.
• Time-to-Fill: Ensure that the time-to-fill for open positions is within a certain timeframe.
• Employee Engagement: Ensure that the employee engagement score is within a certain range.
• Training and Development: Ensure that a certain percentage of employees receive training and development opportunities.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure that the organization maintains a certain level of diversity and inclusion.
• HR Department Cost: Manage the HR department cost within a certain budget.
• Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with all HR-related regulations and requirements.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and databases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
