Job description

  1. Front Desk Management:

    • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
  2. Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative assistance to various departments.
    • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
    • Handle office correspondence and communication .
  3. Customer and Guest Relations:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for guests and clients .
    • Address inquiries and provide information about our services.
    • Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors .
  4. Telecalling and Communication:

    • Conduct outbound calls for appointment scheduling and followups .
    • Handle telephonic inquiries and route calls to the relevant departments.
  5. Secretary and Coordination:

    • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments .
    • Provide secretarial support to executives as needed.
  6. Executive Assistance:

    • Collaborate with the executive team to support daytoday operations.
    • Assist in preparing reports presentations and other documentation .
