Job description

Strategize and prepare Learning and Development plan
in consultation with business leaders.
Drive and deliver training interventions as per the
guidelines of the Organization.
2 2 Develop and track Annual training budget
3 3 Develop annual training schedule and plan for all
employees.
4 4 Execute the training schedule by booking relevant
training spaces, inviting relevant speakers, pre-booking
employees’ time and sharing the invites.
Arrange for and provide housekeeping services during
the training sessions.
5 5 Design Annual Training interventions for all
Departments.
Prepare relevant analytics and reports/dashboard.
6 6 Research market best practices for Training and provide
suggestions to management.
Support Training and HR team on any ongoing projects
7 7 Interact with, evaluate, finalize and contract various
training and L&D providers/ vendors as and when
required.
8 8 Develop and maintain relevant training content in
consultation with SMEs and relevant departments.
9 9 Provide professional expertise and support in the
design, development and implementation of the talent

review process that results in the creation of an internal
bench of top talent. Collect, analyse, and maintain data
gathered to inform targeted leadership development
(e.g., succession planning).
