Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesperson to join our dynamic team in the solar industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solar module sales, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. If you are passionate about renewable energy and are looking to make a significant impact, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for solar modules in the Surat region.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial customers, and build and maintain strong relationships with them.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest solar technology trends and have a deep understanding of our solar module products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to ensure successful deals.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the solar market in Surat to identify opportunities and threats, and adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales reports, client data, and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in solar module sales.
  • Strong understanding of solar technology and the renewable energy industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for renewable energy.
  • Familiarity with Surat's solar market and local networks is a plus.
