Our Client is an MNC company dealing in cryogenics & oil & gas industry. They have presence in multiple countries globally with several manufacturing units and branch offices.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an AGM - Digitalization at 2COMS Consulting, located in Bengaluru. The AGM - Digitalization will be responsible for overseeing the digital transformation of the organization. The AGM - Digitalization will need to develop and implement digital strategies, drive innovation, and improve overall efficiency and productivity. The AGM - Digitalization will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities to grow the business through digital platforms, and will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.

Responsibilities:

· Involved in technology development programs from concept initiation through commercialization, and be expected to work closely with the business organizations globally

· Solve challenging business problems such as supply chain management (SCM), advanced planning & scheduling (APS), decision management, demand management, revenue optimization, network optimization and asset / inventory optimization, customer clustering, customer demand forecasting, KPI analysis by applying data analytics, optimization and operations research techniques

· Work closely with the local operations and business organizations to develop innovative technical solutions that best meet business needs. Lead multi-disciplinary project execution

· Domestic and international travel up to 15-20 % of the time

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master / PhD in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering, Industrial and Operations Research and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  
• Expertise in digital transformation strategies, processes, and technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation
  
• Proven track record of utilizing tools and technologies that enhance internal productivity and user experience
  
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to identify new digital opportunities and leverage them to drive growth
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  
• Masters degree in Business Administration is a plus
