Required Skills: 3 to 7 years working in IT industry. CCNA/CCNP or equivalent Incident Management Experience Understanding of IP transport with SDN controller L2/L3 layer with troubleshooting skills Being the SPOC in case of escalations & major incidents CCNA/CCNP Telecom Industry Experience Knowledge and exposure on Network Monitoring Tools Data and IP experience Assurance Team experience Configuring and Troubleshooting in Routing & Switching Experience on firewalls Knowledge in OpenFlow protocol Basic experience in any cloud platform AWS / AZURE Experience in RCA for Network related issues Collaborate proactively with internal and external Teams to address complex technical issues Email me for detailed job description on this.
