Role Overview Hushh, a pioneer in personalized data management for luxury retail, is offering an exciting internship opportunity for MBA students from Luxury Connect Business School. This role, titled "MBA Intern - Product Advocacy & Evangelism (Growth)," is designed for those passionate about merging innovative product strategy with growth-driven advocacy in the luxury sector.

This is a full-time on-site internship role located in Gurugram for MBA students interested in Product Advocacy & Evangelism (Growth). The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers with a focus on driving growth in targeted markets, developing product advocacy strategies, and assisting with designing and executing marketing campaigns. The candidate will also work with the product development team to continuously improve the product based on customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Product Evangelism : Champion Hushh's innovative data management tools within the luxury retail industry, embodying the role of a product advocate. Growth Strategy Development : Utilize your MBA insights to contribute to growth strategies, focusing on market expansion and user acquisition for Hushh's product line. Customer Success Storytelling : Craft and share compelling success stories of Hushh’s impact in the luxury market, highlighting customer satisfaction and business growth. Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies for product positioning and advocacy. Brand Representation and Networking : Actively represent Hushh in various industry events, fostering relationships and building a network with luxury retail professionals. Feedback and Collaboration : Provide insightful feedback on product features and user experience, collaborating closely with the product development team to enhance Hushh’s offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Current MBA Student : Enrolled in an MBA program at Luxury Connect Business School, with a strong interest in product management, marketing, or related fields. Passion for Luxury Retail and Technology : A keen understanding of the luxury retail market, combined with an interest in how technology can enhance customer experiences. Strong Communication Skills : Ability to articulate product benefits and advocate for Hushh effectively. Analytical and Strategic Acumen : Skilled in analyzing market trends and developing strategic growth initiatives. Digital Marketing and Social Media Proficiency : Experience with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms for brand advocacy.
