Job description
- Timekeeping
- Tracking of hours worked and missing hours on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Identifying errors in timekeeping system
- Reconcile hourly report against corporate supplied hours.
- Work with Accounts Executives and Recruiters to secure accurate and timely management approvals.
- Master Data Management
- Record all information in the master data file for contractors and direct hires.
- Ensure 100% accuracy on data based on provided field information.
- Record all invoice cadence, P.O. numbers, bill rates, pay rates, recruiters, AEs, and clients.
- Record all MSAs on the MSA Tracker Report on a daily/weekly basis
- Work with AEs on missing information for all MSAs/PSAs
- Expense Management and Tracking
- Process and track all internal expenses.
- Update report with expense information.
- POC for AEs/Recruiters
- Other Tasks
- Support budgeting. projections, PL development, financial analysis.
- Manage VP calendar.
- Planning, presentations
- Contracting
- Payroll - POC for all AEs/Recruiters
- Procurement - P.O. processing
- Miscellaneous tasks
Job Requirement Qualifications:
- Accounting Qualification: Graduates / Postgraduates in Finance Accounting Basic Accounting Skills
- Accounting Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in USA Accounting, AR, AP GL.
- 2-3 years of experience in timekeeping and master data management.
- Experience in IT/ ITES Sector would be ideal).
- Communication Skill(s):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must,
- Good Typing skills
- Tech Skills:
- Proficient ERP accounting system, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks
- Excel Skills - Intermediate
- Other Skills:
- Eye for detail,
- Team player willing to learn new tasks,
- Detail Oriented,
- Happy to work in Fast Paced and Heavy workload environment.
