Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Talent Manager. The Assistant Talent Manager will be responsible for assisting the Talent Manager with day-to-day tasks such as : Model Management: Assist in managing the day-to-day activities and schedules of models. Coordinate with models for bookings, auditions, and other professional engagements. Maintain relationships with models, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Client Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential clients within the fashion, advertising, and entertainment industries. Reach out to prospective clients through various channels such as email, phone calls, and networking events. Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients and track interactions for follow-up. Data Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities within the industry. Gather and analyze data related to client preferences, market demands, and industry standards. Utilize research findings to develop strategies for client acquisition and talent management. Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks related to talent management and record-keeping. Prepare reports and presentations for internal discussions. Collaborate with the Talent Manager and other team members to ensure efficient operation of the talent management department.
