Job Role – Manager Sales
Functional Area- Sales - (Digital Marketing Industry only)
Location : Bangalore / Gurgaon (On-site/Hybrid)
Roles & Responsibilities –
- Acquiring new clients across industries
- Experience in selling performance, display, mobile and native ad solutions to advertisers and agencies
- To generate advertising revenue through Cost per Install (CPI), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Cost per Click (CPC), Cost per Lead (CPL) campaigns
- Deep relationships with planners and buyers on the agency side and marketers on the client side
- Constant engagement with client, growing the business month on month from each client
- Identify and map prospective clients, should be responsible for cultivating new relationships, managing sales pipeline, forecasting revenue monthly/quarterly and by region.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Coordinate with Monetization team for submitting the plans as per the client brief
Skills- - Knowledge of prices, margins and activities of both, own products and competition.
- Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- High on initiative. Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure; persists despite obstacles and ambiguities
- Ability to influence others and gain support from stakeholders. Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player
- Ability to understand customer segment specific needs and provide the best solutions
- Client servicing and key Account Management
