Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President- SAP
. Overall Joint ownership for SAP P&L across tech Services along with Business Leadership
. Responsible for Revenue, Margin, Client Satisfaction (NPS) & Retention for SAP business & teams
. Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the team%27s alignment with the overall SAP strategy.
. Detailed understanding of Implementation and Upgrades:
. Continuously review and improve SAP operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize errors.
. Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline routine tasks.
. Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to obtain necessary support, expertise, and tools for SAP delivery.
. Oversee change management processes related to SAP configuration, updates, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
. Bachelor%27s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field master%27s degree preferred.
. Relevant years of experience in SAP operations and administration, with a proven track record of leading successful SAP projects and teams.
. Strong knowledge of SAP landscapes, modules, and integration points.
. Proficiency in SAP technical areas such as SAP Basis, SAP HANA, system architecture, and performance optimization.
. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
. Project management experience and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
. Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP and enterprise technology.
