We are looking for a seasoned, passionate, and process-oriented Customer Care Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Catering to customers phone calls, and resolving their concerns
  • Curating streamlined email and social media communication mediums for offers, updates, and much more
  • Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
  • Managing orders, payment, and delivery of customer orders
  • Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals
  • Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers
  • Maintaining reports & sharing information with the manager
  • Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand areas of improvement, and satisfaction
  • Catering to customers phone calls and resolving their concerns

Desired Skill Set

  • Should have an experience in a D2C company.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a customer support executive or similar position.
  • Should have experience in dealing with customer queries.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
