Job description
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies and processes
- Drive and co-ordinate for periodic reviews and updates of Risk registers and mitigation plans across the functions
- Develop management reports and presentations of ERM
- Conduct risk testing periodically
- Conduct risk management training programs
- Manage and maintain the risk management portal or equivalent system
- Support implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) consisting of ISO standards
- Support IMS internal and external audits as per the plan
- Support continuous improvement program (Quality Circle (QC), Kaizen, and 5S) implementation
Qualifications Educational Qualification: Essential: Engineering Graduate (any stream).
Desirable: MBA (any stream)
Certification Desirable : ISO 31000 auditor
Certified Risk Manager
Overall 12-14 years of experience. Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience of Risk Management for projects organization/ infrastructure industry/ corporate level. Core expertise in managing the risk lifecycle (identification, analysis, mitigation, review, reporting, etc.) is must. Exposure to risk management beyond the financial risks will be essential. Understanding of risk analysis tools, techniques and digital platforms will be an advantage. Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques & methodologies will be an added point.
