Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Associate. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of real estate activities, including leasing, managing commercial properties, executing and closing real estate transactions, and assisting with real estate development projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with Leases and Commercial Real Estate
- Thorough understanding of Real Estate principles and practices
- Experience with Real Estate Transactions and Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Real Estate license preferred
- Experience in sustainable or ethical real estate practices is a plus
