Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Dehradun for a Vacation Homes Acquisition specialist. The role requires identifying and acquiring new properties (homes on revenue share) to add to our vacation homes portfolio, building relationships with owners, conducting market research to stay updated with current trends and opportunities, and managing programs related to property acquisition.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Experience in acquisitions, real estate, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with owners and stakeholders
• Strong program management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to conduct market research to identify viable acquisition opportunities
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
