Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and other related functions. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for implementing and managing the recruitment process, monitoring employee compensation and benefits, and managing employee relations. The Human Resources Executive will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and will work closely with management to identify and implement improvements to the HR function.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and other related functions
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) regulations, laws, and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience in recruitment, training, and development programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification is a plus
