Responsibilities Responsible for branch productivity. Adherence to process, disbursement Collection etc. Should have potential to take the initiative in building a growing customer base. Responsible for recruitment of relationship managers for particular branches. Responsible for managing Profit and loss of a branch and ensuring profitability of strategic SBU.
