Job description
A telecaller is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.
Location: Badlapur East salary upto 12k We require a tele callers who has experience in insurance industry. We prefer female candidates. They need to know about vehicle insurance, 1st party - 3rd party insurance etc Good communication is required in Hindi and Marathi Telecallers discuss with potential customers to inform them of the companys offerings and services. They ensure the prospects are aware of the brand along the journey and influence them to enter the sales funnel. Additionally, they engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the companys merchandise or services, which they subsequently relay to the relevant divisions to improve the user experience.Job tags
